Sedona Plein Air Festival
October 15–22, 2016

This October the Sedona Arts Center presents a week-long celebration of Sedona’s extraordinary beauty as seen through the eyes and talent of 30 of the finest painters in the country. “En Plein Air”, a French term that translates to “in the open air”, describes paintings that have been created outdoors rather than in a studio. The spectacular red rock scenery and temperate climate of Sedona create the perfect location for plein air painting.
